Job Description
SDR responsible for prospecting companies and generating opportunities in HR consulting. Engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn while managing the CRM effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect companies by phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn;
- Identify needs related to people management (HR);
- Provide initial presentations of the consultancy's services;
- Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings;
- Update and maintain the CRM;
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (completed);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build client relationships;
- Organized and results-oriented;
- Basic computer literacy;
- Own a personal notebook/laptop for work tools;
- Stable internet access.
