Job Description

SDR responsible for prospecting companies and generating opportunities in HR consulting. Engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn while managing the CRM effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect companies by phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn;
  • Identify needs related to people management (HR);
  • Provide initial presentations of the consultancy's services;
  • Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings;
  • Update and maintain the CRM;
  • Nurture relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (completed);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build client relationships;
  • Organized and results-oriented;
  • Basic computer literacy;
  • Own a personal notebook/laptop for work tools;
  • Stable internet access.
