Job Description
Online Marketing Manager managing performance marketing campaigns for clients. Collaborating with different departments to optimize search engine advertising.
Responsibilities:
- You will support our team in planning, implementing and optimizing performance campaigns — primarily on the Google and Microsoft search engines.
- Primary focus: lead generation and Shopping Ads.
- You will confidently manage and advise our clients and work closely with our various specialist departments.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience running Google Ads campaigns.
- Native-level German proficiency.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Strong experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, MS Office and/or Google Docs/Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
- Thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn, paired with high quality standards.
- Quick comprehension and ability to learn fast.
- Willingness and enjoyment in client communication.
- Good self-organization and a proactive approach.
- Independent and results-oriented working style.
