Job Description

Senior Account Executive responsible for growing mid-market sales in SaaS Customer Data Platforms. Foster relationships with clients, drive pipeline growth, and close new business with targeted strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, build and manage an accurate sales pipeline working accounts in your assigned territory.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails and social selling.
  • Prospect into mid-sized companies with a focus on generating net new business.
  • Deliver web-based & in-person (where applicable) sales presentations, illustrating strong product knowledge and sales best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Strategically focus and target your territory to close new business, leveraging support staff and providing direction and guidance to your sales prospecting team.
  • Maintain a strong level of proficiency in all products, including the target buyer, product positioning, major benefits and features, as well as the skills to communicate those benefits to customers.
  • Manage multiple decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all prospective customers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in a Digital Marketing or Big Data/Analytics environment (CDP highly preferred)
  • Strong track record of sales success and consistent quota attainment
  • Successfully sold to medium to large enterprises, navigating complex sales and buying processes
  • Proven success driving outreach, prospecting for pipeline generation, and closing new business
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, coachable and driven by results
  • Excellent organization, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to accurately forecast based on realistic opportunity assessment
  • Must be willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
