Job Description
Senior Advisor shaping healthcare facilities for Tribal communities at Indigenous Pact, a health-equity consulting firm. Supporting planning, design, construction analysis, and client recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Support Healing Spaces engagements across planning, design, and build-out by identifying client needs, gaps, and opportunities
- Coordinate work plans, deliverables, interviews, and day-to-day collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative information, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations and business cases
- Interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and technical drawings and communicate using construction terminology
- Create client-ready presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with project teams and contribute to business development, methodologies, and leading practices
- Help Tribal health organizations turn facility needs and project challenges into practical recommendations
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, healthcare, Tribal relations, economics, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- At least one year of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Ability to interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and other technical drawings
- Working knowledge of construction terminology
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex financial, operational, quantitative, and qualitative information into sound recommendations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with data analysis and project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Project
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, relationship management, judgment, attention to detail, confidentiality, adaptability, and ability to work independently
- Experience with Tribal communities or Tribal health organizations, prior analyst or consulting experience, or healthcare facility planning, design, construction, or build-out experience is a plus
