Job Description
Senior Analyst in Specialty Sales Technology at Sysco, focusing on CRM improvements and field engagement. Collaborating with leadership and admin responsibilities in Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through focus on developing, maintaining and recommending improvements to CRM capabilities, data structure, processes and future technologies
- Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to understand and prioritize needs in order to exceed plan objectives
- Salesforce administration (account and territory management, user setup and management, troubleshooting, solving)
- Conduct Field facing interactions to garner feedback and provide support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent job experience.
- 3+ years of progressive experience working in a project, results-driven role, or sales management.
- 3+ years’ relevant experience.
- Previous foodservice experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience using Salesforce.com.
- Experience leveraging Salesforce, Confluence and Jira to support deployment processes and objectives.
