Job Description

Senior Real Property Specialist modernizing federal asset systems for Blake Willson Group. Supporting valuation, audit readiness, data governance, and nationwide government stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical expert for real property sustainment, valuation, inventory accuracy, and financial reporting requirements
  • Lead modernization initiatives for legacy real property systems, including data synchronization, automation, system integration, and advanced analytics capabilities
  • Develop governance frameworks, standardized workflows, and internal controls that strengthen accountability, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
  • Conduct assessments of data quality, documentation accuracy, and control effectiveness; identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
  • Support financial statement audit readiness through reconciliations, process walkthroughs, evidence package development, and remediation activities
  • Analyze large-scale real property data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvement and optimization
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that improve visibility into asset condition, valuation, sustainment requirements, and executive decision-making
  • Provide strategic advisory support to government leadership, deliver stakeholder training, and conduct field-based compliance reviews and program support visits across a distributed environment

Requirements:

  • Must have an active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience supporting federal real property, facilities management, or infrastructure sustainment programs, including valuation, inventory management, lifecycle management, and financial reporting
  • 4+ years of experience supporting audit readiness, internal controls, compliance, and remediation activities within complex federal environments
  • 4+ years of experience leading real property modernization initiatives involving data governance, system integration, automation, and business process improvement
  • Ability to travel nationwide as required
  • Employment authorization in the United States, verified through E-Verify
