Job Description
Senior Analyst monitoring ATM network across the company using electronic tools. Troubleshooting and providing technical assistance in a call center environment with adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the ATM network across the company using electronic monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot issues for solutions in a call center environment
- Provide technical and hardware assistance
- Oversee implementation of upgrades and new system capabilities
- Manage and resolve escalated software and hardware issues
- Train new employees and guide team members
- Act as first point of contact for ATM hardware and technical assistance
- Document and track interactions using ITSM
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in computer science, Information Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 or more years ATM management and banking experience
- 1 or more years business process analysis and software support, collection, and writing business and functional requirements in support of technology investment, preferably within the financial services sector
- ITIL knowledge or certification preferred
