Job Description
Senior Azure Cloud Engineer driving delivery of infrastructure projects and providing client support for a Managed Service Provider. Collaborating with clients and internal teams for efficient project execution and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive successful delivery of technical projects
- Provide top-tier support for diverse clients
- Collaborate with technical team and clients
- Conduct daily technical client work remotely
- Troubleshoot and deliver accurate tech work
- Monitor projects and oversee deliverables
- Assist with client onboarding and project management
- Record and document technical processes and client environments
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows 11+
- Experience with Windows Server 2022+
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
- Experience with Microsoft Defender & Sentinel
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs as required
- Ability to self-direct work and continued learning activities
- Technical certifications as required
