Job Description

B2B Sales Manager leading international growth in the hospitality sector for LUMAS. Managed complex sales processes and developed key partnerships with hotel groups and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the international growth of LUMAS’ B2B channel within the Hospitality and A&D sectors
  • Own complex, long-cycle project sales processes with international hotel groups and corporate clients
  • Build and expand a high-level network within the global hospitality industry
  • Develop and negotiate large-scale framework agreements and project-based contracts
  • Act as trusted advisor to C-level and procurement stakeholders
  • Represent LUMAS at international trade fairs and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored, design-driven solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B project sales within hospitality, interior design, furniture, lighting or related premium design industries
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder corporate sales cycles
  • Strong international network within the hospitality sector (preferred)
  • Experience negotiating framework agreements with large hotel groups or design-led corporate clients
  • Confident communicator at executive level
  • Fluent in English (German advantageous)
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%) to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with basic analytical skills to track sales performance
