Job Description

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst responsible for improving Lead-to-Cash processes within Bullhorn's Salesforce platform. Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to align Salesforce solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve Bullhorn’s Lead-to-Cash business processes within our Enterprise Salesforce platform
  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Document requirements for enterprise level business system solutions
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements
  • Create test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Collaborate with Project Manager on enterprise projects and operational enhancements to Salesforce platforms

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Lead-to-Cash projects
  • Experience solutioning/designing data integrations and transformations across SaaS systems
  • 3+ years Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora Finance System or similar applications
  • Working knowledge of implementing Lead-to-Cash processes
  • Experience in process redesign for Sales, Marketing, and Finance/Billing processes
  • Confident eliciting requirements and facilitating discovery discussions
  • Fundamental understanding of data systems and relational databases
  • Salesforce System Admin Certification and/or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred
