Job Description
Analista de Negócios Sênior na FCamara desenvolvendo soluções tecnológicas. Colaborar em projetos de melhoria contínua para clientes essenciais no setor de tecnologia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the product roadmap and backlog for technology solutions together with the team, aiming to deliver value to the end customer;
- Plan and lead project execution across all stages of the agile methodology;
- Work with internal and external teams to support and understand solution workflows, such as identifying needs, risks and impacts, and the cloud technical resources involved;
- Participate in the technical and functional definition of solutions based on acceptance criteria;
- Actively contribute to the implementation of agile practices;
- Participate in the development of roadmaps and the execution of unit, integration, and functional tests;
- Act as Product Owner (PO) for squads;
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst;
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze and understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements;
- Understanding of business processes: experience with business processes and the ability to align solutions accordingly;
