Job Description
Business Analyst leading digital strategy and client engagements for Valtech. Building relationships with stakeholders and analyzing products for successful task deployment.
Responsibilities:
- As a Business Analyst, you create and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders.
- You will take responsibility for analyzing system complexities, product/service use cases.
- Being involved in all project stages, ensuring collaboration between business, strategy, experience design, and technology.
- As a trusted advisor to clients, you will be the backlog owner, creating detailed requirements.
- Responsible for estimating work with the team, leading ceremonies, tracking scope progress vs. time consumed, proactively reporting and raising issues, providing recommendations to the product team.
Requirements:
- + 5 years of experience in software consulting areas.
- Strong experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
- Strong experience in analyzing large amounts of data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
- Proficient in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Experience in assembling use cases, user stories, and progress reports.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (preferably Scrum).
- Completed or in-progress tertiary/university studies.
- Good negotiation, analytical, organization and time management skills.
- Intermediate/ Upper Intermediate English skills.
- Native Spanish Speaker.
- Being proactive and hands-on, eager to continous improvement.
- Best practices oriented.
- Experience in database management and usage, particularly with MySQL.
