Job Description
Senior Clinical Project Manager leading multinational clinical trials for Syneos Health, a life sciences services organization. Managing documents, sites, vendors, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing, developing, and/or writing clinical trial documents and manuals, including protocols, case report forms, informed consent forms, clinical study reports, and other regulatory documents
- Evaluate and select investigative sites
- Lead feasibility activities
- Select, coordinate, and monitor vendor activities
- Review monitoring reports
- Develop and manage trial timelines, budgets, and priorities
- Conduct data review and discrepancy resolution
- Ensure clinical trial supply plans are implemented and managed
- Develop and manage recruitment plans, risk mitigation plans, monitoring, and contingencies
Requirements:
- Prior sponsor-side experience
- Experience leading global, multi-regional studies as a Clinical Trial Manager, rather than experience limited to a single region
- Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology therapeutic area expertise, ideally with experience supporting complex or pivotal studies
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of managing multinational clinical trials
- Must be based in Bulgaria, Spain, the UK, or Poland
