Job Description
Sales Specialist driving complex sales cycles for Autodesk Construction Solutions in Austria. Owning strategic opportunities and partnering with Account Executives in a field-facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive complex sales cycles for ACS, from opportunity qualification through close
- Deliver net‑new and expansion revenue within the assigned segment and territory
- Lead value‑based, ROI‑driven sales engagements with senior customer stakeholders
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and pipeline
- Work with channel partners to maximize coverage, deal velocity, and win rates
- Proactively develop outbound opportunities while managing inbound demand
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
- Spend up to 50% of time onsite with customers and at industry events
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS / cloud‑based solutions in a field sales role
- Proven ability to drive business in both installed base and net‑new accounts
- Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Business fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
