Job Description
Senior Project Manager leading commercial data center construction projects and Primavera P6 scheduling. Coordinating stakeholders, resources, reporting, and schedule risk for Integra Mission Critical’s turnkey data center infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead commercial data center construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Collaborate with project managers, product managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to manage project workflow
- Analyze project progress and identify potential delays or issues
- Recommend solutions to maintain project schedules
- Conduct regular status meetings and update stakeholders on progress
- Prepare project scheduling status reports for management and team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and project specifications
- Coordinate with procurement and resource management to ensure timely availability of materials and labor
- Evaluate and improve scheduling processes for efficiency
- Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 10+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar construction-industry role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
