Job Description
Senior Consultant optimizing IT operations with a focus on stability and efficiency for business needs. Collaborating with clients and mentoring junior consultants in diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
- Together with our clients, you optimize IT operations so that IT is stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
- Analyze and assess the IT organization (including IT infrastructure, operations, IT service management) to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Evaluate the latest market technologies and tools and assess how they can contribute to improving the customer's existing processes.
- Optionally, you may take on technical leadership and mentor Junior Consultants in joint projects.
Requirements:
- University degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations.
- Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a good sense for the interface between IT and the business.
- Analytical mindset to structure complexity and clarify relationships, along with high self-motivation and a conscientious working style.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (business-fluent German).
