Job Description
Senior Customer Solution Architect at CUJO AI developing cybersecurity solutions for network providers. Engaging with customers across EMEA and AMER for successful solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements and present CUJO AI solutions.
- Design and integrate CUJO AI products (Cloud, Firmware, APIs and SDKs) into customer environments.
- Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, solution evaluations and proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Deliver tailored demos and architecture walkthroughs.
- Lead proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to align on customer needs.
- Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and solution standards.
- Educate customers and partners on CUJO AI technologies and architectures.
- Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to onboarding and delivery.
- Support RFP, RFIs and help position CUJO AI against competitors.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in networking, cloud services (preferably AWS), and cybersecurity.
- 10+ years of combined experience in senior technical roles within large ISPs / NSPs or comparable service provider environments.
- Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical discussions and solution evaluation.
- Experience with API and Mobile SDK integrations, cloud infrastructure, and firmware is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across EMEA and AMER teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
