Job Description

Senior Customer Success Manager for Roboflow managing global enterprise customers and coordinating multiple teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small number of global enterprise customers
  • Act as the global owner of customer relationships
  • Coordinate multiple Roboflow teams to ensure consistent delivery
  • Provide strategic guidance on dataset quality and deployment scaling
  • Drive measurable improvements in adoption and business outcomes
  • Oversee escalations and monitor operational signals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related field
  • Experience with technical transformation and onboarding processes
  • Strong understanding of computer vision and ML pipelines
  • Ability to interpret model metrics and operational KPIs
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and APIs
  • Excellent executive communication skills
  • Proactive risk management abilities
