Job Description
Senior Customer Success Manager for Roboflow managing global enterprise customers and coordinating multiple teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a small number of global enterprise customers
- Act as the global owner of customer relationships
- Coordinate multiple Roboflow teams to ensure consistent delivery
- Provide strategic guidance on dataset quality and deployment scaling
- Drive measurable improvements in adoption and business outcomes
- Oversee escalations and monitor operational signals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related field
- Experience with technical transformation and onboarding processes
- Strong understanding of computer vision and ML pipelines
- Ability to interpret model metrics and operational KPIs
- Familiarity with cloud environments and APIs
- Excellent executive communication skills
- Proactive risk management abilities
