Job Description
Senior strategist driving adoption, retention, and expansion of TRM Labs’ AI-powered blockchain intelligence for North American crypto, finance, and fintech customers. Building AI-assisted customer-success playbooks.
Responsibilities:
- Own the success of strategic North America private-sector accounts
- Validate customer success metrics and create 30/60/90-day success plans using AI
- Defend gross revenue retention by proactively addressing churn risk
- Identify and validate expansion opportunities as CSQLs with Account Directors to grow net revenue retention
- Prepare QBR and executive briefing materials using AI, then refine them with judgment
- Triage customer health and usage signals daily to identify risks and opportunities
- Build reusable AI prompts, templates, and workflows for Deployment Strategists
- Synthesize customer feedback from calls and tickets into structured input for Product and Engineering roadmaps
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering to resolve bugs and close the loop with customers
- Operate as a trusted advisor to crypto businesses, financial institutions, and fintechs
- Collaborate asynchronously through Slack, written documentation, customer syncs, health syncs, pod calls, and QBRs
Requirements:
- 5+ years in crypto businesses, financial institutions, or fintechs, in compliance, investigative, or customer-facing functions
- Hands-on financial crime, AML, sanctions, or investigations experience
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, case work, drafting, analysis, account planning, and reporting
- Track record of owning senior stakeholder relationships and driving retention and expansion
- Ability to build reusable AI-assisted workflows and templates
- Clear communication of complex technical and investigative concepts to analysts and senior executives
- Core overlap availability during North America business hours
- Willingness and ability to participate in occasional off-hours monitoring for P0/P1 customer issues
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, trainings, QBRs, or events across North America
