Job Description
Senior Digital Activation Manager overseeing EMEA digital activation across executive social channels, LinkedIn campaigns, and ABM-targeted programmes. Enhancing credibility and engagement for priority markets.
Responsibilities:
- Own EMEA digital activation across executive social channels, paid LinkedIn campaigns, and ABM-targeted programmes to drive credibility, engagement, and pipeline contribution across priority markets.
- Manage social media presence for approximately 10 senior leaders across EMEA: content calendars, ghostwriting, approvals, posting, and engagement activity.
- Run structured executive thought leadership programmes including messaging alignment, review workflows, and amplification coordination.
- Run paid LinkedIn campaigns, including thought leader ads and ABM-targeted paid boosts, aligned to regional launch windows and priority account lists.
- Deliver one-to-few activation support for must-win accounts.
- Amplify campaign content across executive and paid channels.
- Connect executive social content with customer proof points, ensuring award wins and case studies feed into leader posts and digital programmes.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content drafting, repurposing, localisation, and performance optimisation while maintaining editorial quality, accuracy, and brand voice.
- Plan and deliver pre, during, and post social programmes for EMEA events and campaigns across brand and executive channels.
- Capture and publish content from events (short videos, quotes, photos, takeaways) with fast turnaround.
- Manage agency support for executive content and social activation with clear scopes, budgets, and reporting.
- Track outputs and outcomes including engagement, reach, share of voice, event influence, and contribution to meetings and pipeline influence where measurable.
Requirements:
- 6 to 8+ years in B2B marketing, digital marketing, social media activation, or integrated programmes in enterprise technology.
- Proven capability running paid LinkedIn campaigns, thought leader ads, and ABM-targeted digital programmes.
- Strong editorial discipline across long-form and short-form content formats, with experience ghostwriting for senior executives.
- Confident working with senior executives, with high judgement on messaging, tone, and governance.
- AI fluency for content creation workflows and optimisation.
- Experience managing agency relationships end to end.
- Highly organised operator who can run multiple workstreams without creating complexity.
