Job Description
Director role leading strategic partnerships with GPOs and health authorities at Medtronic. Drive innovative procurement processes and optimize healthcare solutions for better patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strategic relationships with GPO and health authorities.
- Monitor and analyze GPO/HA-related markets dynamics.
- Collaborate across teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Design and deliver tailored innovative value propositions.
- Lead deal negotiation and management.
- Optimize procurement processes and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in strategic account management, business development, healthcare sales, or procurement strategy.
- Strong understanding of healthcare procurement practices and processes.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and account management with large healthcare entities or purchasing organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior-level relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies.
