Job Description
Senior Engineer at Steakhouse Financial leading the development of DeFi market infrastructure. Building and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable systems for institutional DeFi participants.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain DeFi market infrastructure
- Develop and scale production-grade Python systems
- Build tooling, automation, monitoring, and reporting
- Improve system safety, reliability, and performance
- Review and harden existing infrastructure
- Collaborate with protocol, research, and operations teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional Python experience
- Strong software architecture and system design skills
- Experience with testing, type systems, and production systems
- Ability to read and interact with smart contracts using Python
- Experience with financial market infrastructure (TradFi, CeFi, or DeFi)
- Understanding of DeFi protocols and AMMs
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
