Job Description
Family Law Attorney handling full caseload from intake to resolution for established California practice. Requires 5+ years of legal experience and California Bar license.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a full family law caseload from intake through resolution
- Represent clients in divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively in contested matters
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Manage cases independently in a remote work environment
Requirements:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of California family law experience
- Strong litigation, motion, and court appearance experience
- Excellent legal writing and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines remotely
