Job Description
Senior full-stack engineer developing .NET, React, and SQL business applications. Supporting HR processes for a leading Polish ERP and HR solutions provider.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and React
- Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and web interfaces
- Design and optimize SQL queries and database solutions
- Take ownership of delivered solutions, from technical design through implementation and testing
- Contribute to technical decisions and continuous improvement of the product
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and other engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team
- Work across backend, frontend, and database layers to develop and evolve business applications supporting HR processes
- Help deliver solutions addressing real business needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (.NET Framework, .NET Core)
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments
- Knowledge of Git
- Good understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience writing unit, integration, and automated tests
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
- English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level
- Polish proficiency at a minimum B2 level
