Job Description
Senior Growth Analyst at LifeStance Health delivering analytics solutions across healthcare. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making and implement enterprise analytics products.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools
- Use SQL and other programming languages (e.g., Python, R) on large, complex healthcare datasets
- Independently lead partnerships with operations, revenue, and clinical stakeholders
- Develop and standardize key enterprise-wide performance metrics (KPIs)
- Effectively communicate with business leaders directly
- Support growth in a data-driven culture by providing hands-on training and support to business users
- Lead tactical implementation of data governance initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience (or Master’s degree with 5+ years) in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and data visualizations in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for enterprise-wide use, with proficiency in Power BI required
- 5+ years of SQL use on large, complex EHR or other healthcare datasets to extract, transform, and analyze structured healthcare data
- 2+ years of experience independently designing executive-level analytics and reporting solutions
- 5+ years of experience independently leading analytics engagements with cross-functional healthcare teams
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders
- Strong healthcare domain expertise
- 3+ years of experience in cloud-based data platforms
