Job Description
VP of Growth driving online revenue and profitability strategy at Audien Hearing. Focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital and retail channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive Audien’s growth engine, owning online revenue and profitability across acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Own the strategy and execution of paid media across the business, driving awareness, acquisition, and retention across online and retail channels
- Own profitability, product mix, and promotions in online channels
- Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that expands into new audiences, channels, and revenue opportunities
- Develop and manage channel and budget strategy, optimizing investment across platforms to maximize CAC and LTV
- Optimize the full customer journey, including site experience, landing pages, and checkout, in close partnership with product and CX teams
- Partner with creative to develop high-performing messaging and establish feedback loops that continuously improve creative output
- Own measurement and analytics frameworks, including attribution, incrementality, and cohort analysis, to inform strategic decisions
- Build and prioritize a high-impact experimentation roadmap across channels, audiences, and funnel stages
- Leverage customer insights and segmentation to inform targeting, messaging, and lifecycle strategies
Requirements:
- 10–12+ years of experience leading growth, performance marketing, or revenue functions within DTC and/or omnichannel businesses
- Proven track record of scaling revenue through full-funnel growth strategy in $50M+ revenue businesses
- Experience managing large marketing budgets with direct accountability for top and bottom line goals
- Deep expertise across paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and analytics, with strong command of CAC, LTV, and payback dynamics
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, data infrastructure, and measurement frameworks (e.g., attribution, MMM, incrementality)
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward action, capable of translating data and insights into measurable business impact.
