Job Description
Implementation Manager ensuring successful, compliant client implementations at Alight. Managing a team and driving results for health, wealth, and wellbeing projects within a global organization.
Responsibilities:
- Managing concurrent client implementation projects and a team of technical experts
- Utilizing tools and resources to identify opportunities and drive results
- Developing project plans, supply and demand functions, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensuring adherence to system development and quality assurance standards
- Collaborating directly with clients to map out new projects from start to finish
- Providing exceptional service with zero defects, ensuring 100% quality and no escalations
- Partnering with clients and third parties to deliver flawless project work
- Leading implementation projects from start to finish, including project planning and requirement meetings
- Developing Continuously health domain knowledge and stay updated with industry changes
- Serving as a role model, providing coaching and mentoring to team members
Requirements:
- relevant work experience or Bachelor's required
- 5+ years of project management experience required
- Implementation configuration and quality assurance experience
- knowledge of Health and Benefits Administration
- Able to travel up to 20%
