Job Description
Implementation Manager II specializing in healthcare project management and client relationships. Leading complex implementations and ensuring project success with a focus on client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing expert guidance and support to the team on project management and implementation matters.
- Ensures the application of tactics to achieve optimal outcomes for highly complex projects.
- Cultivates relationships with client leadership, adeptly resolving issues escalated by discerning clients.
- Champions customer implementations with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure coordination and completion of all additional implementation-related tasks.
- Actively participates in internal department initiatives.
- Provides crucial support in Phase I of the implementation for large and highly complex groups.
- Actively participates in onsite kick-offs for large, highly complex clients.
- Advocates for client-recommended product and service enhancements.
- May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Ten (10) plus years of experience in project management, with a distinguished focus on large and highly complex implementations.
- Experience in healthcare and/or transportation industry preferred.
- Extensive experience in project management and implementation, showcasing exemplary leadership and expertise in handling highly complex projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Exhibits excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Displays a proven ability to lead and supervise project teams.
- Holds an in-depth understanding of client needs.
- Possesses a profound knowledge of industry best practices.
- Expert level proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Advanced proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note.
