Job Description

Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant collaborating with clients to optimize their Workday solutions. Responsibilities include design, configuration, testing, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, test, and execute client business requirements within Workday Advisory areas
  • Conduct collaborative sessions with clients
  • Assess client needs, propose recommendations, and offer alternative solutions
  • Troubleshoot various aspects such as business processes and configuration
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of Workday's deployment methodology.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience leading and implementing Workday Payroll solutions
  • Some additional experience with either Workday Time Tracking or Absence is desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Foundational consulting skills, including presenting to business partners
  • Proven track record of implementing complex business solutions
  • Strong client-centric approach and effective time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to meet travel requirements (<20% annually).
