Job Description

Senior Integration Solutions Manager leading MoneyGram’s API, payment-rail, and partner integrations in India. Managing solution architecture, onboarding, compliance, testing, and go-live delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of technical integrations across banks, payment networks, money transfer operators, fintech partners, and enterprise clients
  • Ensure seamless connectivity, compliance with global standards, and operational scalability
  • Bridge business teams, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to deliver integrations on time, to scope, and with high reliability
  • Partner with regional counterparts to understand partner needs and document requirements and configurations
  • Develop project plans and manage budgets, timelines, and status reporting for integrated partner installations
  • Work with partners to facilitate testing and project-manage the integration lifecycle through final certification
  • Design and document end-to-end API, SDK, file-based, and middleware integration solutions
  • Consult with MoneyGram partners and regional teams to determine integration and interface requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data mappings
  • Ensure scalability, resilience, compliance, and security in integration design
  • Evaluate partner capabilities and recommend integration models
  • Serve as technical subject-matter expert for internal departments and regional teams
  • Lead partner discovery, sandbox testing, certification, and production go-live
  • Create and maintain reusable playbooks, checklists, and technical guides
  • Support pre-sales discussions with technical solution design and feasibility assessments
  • Own integration lifecycles from scoping to deployment
  • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple integrations
  • Ensure error monitoring and root-cause analysis for integration issues
  • Embed AML, KYC, PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD2 requirements into integrations
  • Apply security practices including OAuth2, SAML, tokenization, and encryption
  • Identify standardization and efficiency improvements
  • Establish and report integration metrics
  • Share market feedback with Product Management to support technical enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in integration management, solution architecture, or API-based connectivity
  • At least 3–4 years in fintech/payments preferred
  • Experience in technical and business product management or a similar related field
  • Knowledge of Java, C#, Python, .NET, XML technologies, and web technologies
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder integration projects in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant education and experience and/or related professional designations/certifications highly desirable
