Job Description
Join the Vetta team as a Senior Management Analyst, working on exciting projects in industrial digitization initiatives. Collaborate with experts to deliver impactful operational solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between our client and the development team.
- Analyze client needs to determine feasibility and the cost-benefit of development.
- Model, classify and prioritize client requirements, using facilitation skills to ensure client needs are clear and well organized.
- Translate client requests into functional requirements that developers can implement in systems, applications or IT solutions.
- Prioritize and plan the demand intake pipeline together with the business area, monitor the progress of activities with the functional team, report deviations and take actions to mitigate delays.
- Ensure that configurations are aligned with client expectations and the project scope, demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in system deployments, provide technical support, and deliver training to clients and business teams.
- Collaborate on the creation of procedures, manuals and work instructions for system users.
- Serve as a facilitator in working meetings between technical teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in IT business analysis or as a Key User with a focus on maintenance systems.
- Advanced knowledge of the SAP PM module.
- Knowledge of core maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Availability to travel.
- Experience working in maintenance operations.
- Postgraduate degree in Information Technology or Industrial Processes.
- PCM course.
- Certification in Business Analysis.
- Additional certifications in agile methodologies (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
- Knowledge of project management practices from the PMBOK.
- Courses and certifications in BPM, Scrum, PMP and Agile.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
- Skills in data analysis and BI.
- Advanced Spanish.
