Job Description
Senior Manager of Asset Management and Field Support leading a team for Sysco's fleet and facility maintenance operations. Responsible for performance monitoring, best practices execution, and team training.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals dedicated to the daily management of Sysco operating company maintenance operations in fleet, facility, material handling, and beverage assets
- Monitor maintenance performance related to all Sysco assets within Supply Chain
- Execute best practices based on Maintenance Strategy to increase uptime and reduce overall expenses
- Execute maintenance and purchasing policies, training operating company maintenance staff on procedures and systems
- Assess process compliance at operating company through site visits and other means
- Communicate relevant findings and information to maintenance operations to identify potential benefit areas
Requirements:
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years related work experience
- 5-years previous EAM/CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, INFOR, Dematic Sprocket, etc.)
- 7-10 years Sysco company experience or 12-15 years' experience in related position
- Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- CMMS technical and business configuration experience and administration
- Basic understanding of web services and systems integration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Word, and SharePoint)
