Job Description
Credit Card Collections Strategy Manager at TD responsible for optimizing collections performance across delinquency stages. Engaging in data analytics to enhance customer outcomes while ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute collections strategies across delinquency stages
- Partner cross-functionally to design, test, and optimize treatment strategies
- Monitor strategy performance and recommend enhancements
- Acts as the primary regulatory interface on risk issues
- Represents business on corporate initiatives and provides direction in complex situations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred or progressive work experience
- 10+ years' experience required
- Proficient PC skills in MS Office and various analytical/reporting software
- Experience with Relational Databases and ETL processes using SQL or SAS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- Extremely strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in developing and presenting recommendations to Senior Management
