Job Description
Senior Manager leading commercial operations for the MONARCH platform at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, focusing on sales effectiveness and operational readiness. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance business performance and metrics utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales reporting processes that produce accurate and consistent results.
- Enhance current and contribute to the implementation of future enabling resources and technologies.
- Lead the day-to-day use and maintenance of selected tools.
- Assess current global sales order management and CRM strategy and implement process improvements.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of any direct reports (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and sales leaders.
- Develop processes for utilizing metrics to generate insights that help senior management and sales leaders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree within business, marketing, or relevant discipline is required.
- A minimum of 8+ years of relevant business experience with an emphasis on commercial operations.
- Strategic thinker who is also highly operational and execution-driven.
- Experience with launching and selling medical technologies.
- Strong understanding of MedTech business processes, sales models, functional alignment, and customer dynamics.
- Experience in developing and utilizing metrics, forecasts, and KPI’s.
- Competence with Customer Relationship Management and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of Project/Portfolio Management systems and tools is an asset.
- Ability to influence and partner cross functionally, with good communication skills.
