Job Description

Senior Manager for commercial training and development at Cristcot, leading training strategies for ulcerative colitis therapy launch. Collaborating with commercial teams and external partners to enhance training capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial training for Cristcot’s first ulcerative colitis therapy launch.
  • Design and execute the commercial training strategy in alignment with brand priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and external partners to develop scalable training curricula.
  • Manage the commercial learning management system and key training vendors.
  • Own the commercial training roadmap and serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial training needs.
  • Assess training needs, create educational materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
  • Design and deliver foundational and advanced skills training that strengthen customer facing execution.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership and Marketing to define objectives and develop content for national and regional meetings.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and presentations for commercial leadership and field teams.
  • Oversee ongoing training initiatives, including needs assessments and content refresh cycles.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in the pharma or biotech industry, including at least 4 years focused on commercial training, learning and development, or commercial excellence.
  • Possess a process-oriented mindset to ensure Training records and procedures are kept compliant.
  • Recent product launch experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience designing and facilitating training for remote field-based teams.
  • A strong team player that has a partnership and collaboration mindset and is solution oriented.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
