Job Description
Senior facilities manager overseeing retail bank branches and cafes for JLL, a global real estate services firm. Leading facility managers, client relationships, budgets, compliance, and operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of facilities services to an assigned portfolio of retail bank branches and cafes
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding operations
- Oversee facility managers handling day-to-day operations and customer-facing retail locations
- Monitor vendor management activities, service delivery standards, scope changes, and poor performance
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC, security systems, point-of-sale equipment, ATMs, and other critical infrastructure
- Develop and implement programs and processes to reduce operating costs and increase operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, environmental, and risk management policies
- Support compliance reviews, health inspections, audits, and training programs
- Drive benchmarking, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate engagement between facility managers and internal teams
- Develop and manage senior-level client relationships and service levels
- Ensure compliance with client contracts and operational KPIs
- Oversee facility operating budgets, budget tracking, forecasting, payment processing, and cost control
- Lead recruitment efforts for facility managers and oversee their teams
- Coach, mentor, train, and support facility managers
- Conduct performance reviews and development planning for facility managers
- Provide strategic direction for facilities matters across assigned locations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Relevant certifications and industry designations preferred, including LEED, CFM, FMP, or food service/hospitality management certifications
- 7+ years of leadership in a facility management environment
- At least 3 years managing other facility managers who oversee retail, banking, or hospitality facilities
- Proven experience managing remote teams and facility managers across multiple time zones and geographic regions
- Ability to travel up to 30% to visit locations across the portfolio and support facility managers
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking ability, and problem-solving capability, particularly in customer-facing environments
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills with ability to interface with senior client stakeholders
- Proven record of developing high-performing facility management teams and providing excellent internal and external customer service in retail or hospitality settings
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
