Job Description

Commercial Excellence Manager transforming GE Vernova’s Software & Controls Solutions commercial processes and tools. Driving Lean improvement, governance, training, dashboards, and global change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate PSRs, workouts, and Kaizen events for the commercial operations team
  • Lead development of the commercial transformation Lean Roadmap
  • Project-manage assigned transformation efforts, track milestones, and communicate status
  • Lead the monthly commercial operations newsletter
  • Own and maintain the Commercial Operations Homepage SharePoint site
  • Facilitate handling of Commercial Process NCR/Stop Work and deploy preventive actions
  • Drive continuous improvement in Commercial Offer Templates and maintain them in ASPOSE and the Commercial Operations Homepage
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Work Instructions and QMS documents
  • Ensure process documentation is included in the Quality Management System and support adoption across commercial and sales teams
  • Oversee upkeep, improvement, and integration of commercial tools supporting the front end of the business
  • Own and facilitate the Commercial Operations staff competency model
  • Facilitate training development and delivery for commercial and sales teams
  • Own Daily Management dashboards and Monthly Operating Reviews rhythms
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations on a consolidated ITO KPI view
  • Contribute to the Hoshin plan and drive supporting KPIs and metrics
  • Coordinate communications, training, organizational upskilling, and change management across global functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including sales and commercial operations, project management, operations, governance, and process improvement
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SCS processes, tools, and organizational structure, with working knowledge of controls
  • Ability to lead horizontally through influence in a diverse matrixed global organization
  • Strong skills in process analysis, problem solving, and strategy development
  • Ability to prioritize work with autonomy and drive results under pressure
  • Highly organized with data, tools, and communications, using a systematic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills
  • Lean experience
  • Business acumen and judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems
  • Ability to translate business vision into tactical execution plans and deliver through ambiguity
  • Experience with Commercial IT Systems / Data Governance audits
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
