Job Description

Senior Manager, Media Investment at Tinuiti leading compliance strategy for advertising across regulated industries. Balancing advertising compliance with creative integrity in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the agency’s S&P strategy across assigned clients.
  • Interpret and challenge S&P feedback with well-reasoned, evidence-based arguments.
  • Leverage historical learnings to proactively guide future submissions.
  • Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of network interpretations.
  • Partner with client, account strategy and media investment teams.
  • Monitor evolving network policies, regulatory developments, and industry codes.
  • Provide training, documentation, and strategic counsel to internal teams.
  • Represent the agency in conversations where creative, legal, and business interests intersect.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in advertising, media, or broadcast commercial clearance operations
  • Demonstrated experience navigating compliance issues in regulated industries such as Pharma, Healthcare, Financial Services, Alcohol, or Sports Betting.
  • Strong understanding of the broadcast and streaming ecosystem
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional alignment and influence across clients, internal teams, and external partners.
