Job Description
Senior Manager, Media Investment at Tinuiti leading compliance strategy for advertising across regulated industries. Balancing advertising compliance with creative integrity in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the agency’s S&P strategy across assigned clients.
- Interpret and challenge S&P feedback with well-reasoned, evidence-based arguments.
- Leverage historical learnings to proactively guide future submissions.
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of network interpretations.
- Partner with client, account strategy and media investment teams.
- Monitor evolving network policies, regulatory developments, and industry codes.
- Provide training, documentation, and strategic counsel to internal teams.
- Represent the agency in conversations where creative, legal, and business interests intersect.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in advertising, media, or broadcast commercial clearance operations
- Demonstrated experience navigating compliance issues in regulated industries such as Pharma, Healthcare, Financial Services, Alcohol, or Sports Betting.
- Strong understanding of the broadcast and streaming ecosystem
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to build cross-functional alignment and influence across clients, internal teams, and external partners.
