Job Description

Senior Manager of Client Success driving client relationships, managing contracts, and utilizing technology at R1. Focused on performance improvements and cross-sell opportunities in healthcare revenue cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Own client relationships and manage client contracts, meeting SLAs & driving renewals
  • Utilize R1 technology and interface with R1 Operations teams to optimize Client KPIs
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback
  • Manage and resolve complex client issues and escalations
  • Coordinate with other R1 departments to ensure best-possible partnership & performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of account management, client success management, and/or revenue cycle operations consulting experience working with Vice President and Director-level partners
  • 5+ Revenue Cycle experience, preferably has experience with Prior Authorization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel functions
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Is an extroverted collaborator that looks forward to meeting new clients/client prospects and thrives on delivering performance improvements
