Job Description

Senior Operations Lead collaborating with client representatives and R1 team to enhance financial performance and operational metrics. Focused on mitigating revenue leakage and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Mitigate back-end revenue leakage through change management, lean process improvement, making recommendations for innovative software/workflow development, and advanced quantitative analysis on core financial metrics.
  • Develop industry knowledge that serves as a foundation for career progression.
  • Interpret basic data sets and create data analyses to drive desired results.
  • Build strong working relationships with Client counterparts that can be leveraged for problem solving and process improvement.
  • Respond to ad-hoc client requests and develop solutions in a timely manner.
  • Provide value-add feedback to R1 leadership on development of project plans.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of Revenue Cycle experience or professional experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Proven ability to leverage data analytics to identify emerging trends, validate patterns through rigorous analysis, and distill insights into clear, actionable summaries that inform strategic initiatives and best practices.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience necessary with previous experience creating PowerPoint presentations and proficient in Excel.
  • Preferred experience with EPIC PB.
  • Able to effectively navigate Epic Revenue cycle functions.
  • Knowledge of Epic workflows and configuration.
