Job Description
Senior Operations Researcher at Federato, redefining research ops strategy to support insurance software design. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build effective user research practices.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of research participants aligned to our user personas
- Keep a research panel engaged and informed by regularly closing the loop
- Streamline and manage the systems, workflows, and logistics to allow researchers to focus on execution
- Maintain a searchable, organized repository that helps teams find and reuse past insights quickly
- Help ensure research is seen, understood, and acted on
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in research operations
- Skilled at recruiting and engaging hard-to-reach B2B users
- Proactive, systems-minded, and comfortable scaling scrappy solutions into sustainable practices
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
