Job Description
Senior Partner Marketing Manager accelerating partner-sourced demand, pipeline and revenue for Mitek’s digital identity and fraud prevention platform. Developing joint plans, enablement and campaigns across global partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute joint marketing and growth plans for priority partners
- Adapt programs to different partner types, routes to market, target audiences and shared revenue objectives
- Build relationships with partners’ marketing, product and sales teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers and drive action
- Partner with Mitek’s Partner Sales team to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
- Identify partner enablement gaps and develop resources needed to market and sell Mitek solutions
- Create or adapt partner-ready messaging, content, sales playbooks, training materials and portal resources
- Help partner sellers understand and communicate Mitek’s value proposition
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Field Marketing to create integrated campaigns
- Deliver programs across digital channels, content, webinars, events and partner-owned channels
- Support acquisition, launch and activation of new partners through targeted campaigns
- Support partner events, webinars and other activation opportunities with regional Field Marketing leaders
- Measure partner engagement, campaign performance, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, conversion and revenue impact
- Use performance data to improve and scale campaigns across partners and regions
- Provide updates and recommendations to Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders
- Improve visibility into partner marketing performance and its contribution to Mitek’s growth
Requirements:
- Significant B2B marketing experience, including direct experience in partner, channel, alliance or ecosystem marketing
- Demonstrated success developing and executing programs with external partners that contributed to pipeline, revenue or partner activation
- Experience creating integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital channels, content, webinars, events and partner-owned platforms
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner journeys and different routes to market
- Ability to translate complex products and solutions into clear, relevant messaging and content for partners
- Experience developing partner enablement materials such as playbooks, training, campaigns, content and portal resources
- Confidence working directly with partner marketing, sales and product teams
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, analytics and partner platforms to measure engagement, pipeline and campaign performance
- Strong relationship-building, communication and project-management skills
- Ability to influence and coordinate internal and external stakeholders without direct authority
- Preferred candidates will be located in the US East Coast time zone
- Preferred experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, digital identity, fraud prevention, fintech or financial services
- Preferred experience supporting a global partner ecosystem across different regions and partner types
- Familiarity with partner relationship management platforms and partner marketing automation tools
- Experience with account-based marketing or joint go-to-market programs
- Experience using AI-enabled marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign execution or performance analysis
