Job Description
Senior Performance Marketing Manager responsible for Native Advertising on Taboola and Outbrain. Creating ad creatives and optimizing campaigns with a focus on D2C brands in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- You build and own the native channel for our clients — on Taboola, Outbrain and potentially other networks.
- You will regularly receive fresh advertorials from our in-house production and create your ad creatives based on them — the entire test loop is your responsibility.
- Independent creation of ad creatives (headlines, ad copy, visuals) based on our advertorials
- Setup, management and scaling of native campaigns (Taboola, Outbrain, possibly MGID, etc.)
- Creative/headline testing and placement optimization (whitelists/blacklists)
- Funnel optimization in collaboration with the content team: your input controls which advertorial angles are produced
- Weekly performance reports and client communication via Slack
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on native media buying, with demonstrable responsibility for campaigns with five- to six-figure monthly spend
- You create your own ad creatives: strong headline copy, confident visual production, and a good sense for CTR levers
- Proven experience with advertorial/presell funnels — you know how to improve CTR and CVR at the content level
- Experience with placement management, bid strategies and tracking (e.g., Voluum)
- Self-driven, structured working style — remote for us means trust, not control
- Fluent German (for client communication)
Benefits:
- 100% remote from Germany (EU-wide possible in individual cases)
- Hardware provided (MacBook or similar of your choice)
- Small, friendly A-team without corporate structures
- A rare setup: in-house advertorial production plus our own publishing network — unlimited content supply for your tests
- Short decision cycles: your ideas go live next week, not next quarter
