Job Description
Performance Marketing Specialist optimizing campaigns for easycosmetic. Collaborating across teams to drive results in performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize campaigns
- Manage external performance partners
- Analyze ad performance
- Use and challenge AI systems
- Identify automation opportunities
- Keep performance in focus
- Collaborate with other teams
Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (ideally in e-commerce)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads – you have built and optimized campaigns yourself
- Understanding of AI-driven advertising systems (Meta Andromeda, Smart Bidding, Advantage+)
- Confident handling of performance KPIs and data-driven optimization
- Experience with price comparison platforms (idealo, billiger.de) and retargeting networks (Criteo)
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) – a plus, not a must
