Job Description

Senior Product Growth Marketer turning product data into growth campaigns, experiments, and automations. Improving activation, retention, reactivation, and revenue through AI-driven execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently identify business problems through data analysis.
  • Develop hypotheses and define KPIs to improve.
  • Build and launch end-to-end growth and product marketing campaigns.
  • Drive activation, product adoption, retention, churn recovery, and incremental revenue.
  • Analyze campaign impact and iterate based on results.
  • Build user analyses, segments, workflows, automations, and tools.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, CRM, Design, and other teams to ship initiatives.
  • Present opportunities, business cases, results, and trade-offs to C-level stakeholders and the Board.

Requirements:

  • Find problems through data by analyzing funnels, cohorts, retention, churn, activation, monetization, and product usage.
  • Turn data findings into hypotheses, KPIs, campaigns, experiments, or projects.
  • Build and launch initiatives for user activation, product adoption, retention, churn recovery, and incremental revenue.
  • Measure incremental impact, learn from results, and iterate.
  • Navigate dashboards, build analyses, segment users, and answer questions with data; SQL is a strong plus.
  • Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and create workflows, automations, or tools.
  • Use AI daily to analyze, research, prototype, automate, build, and execute.
  • Work across Product, Data, Engineering, CRM, Design, and other teams.
  • Communicate opportunities, business cases, results, and trade-offs to C-level stakeholders and the Board.
  • Strong experience across Growth, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, or similar roles.
  • Highly analytical and curious about why metrics move.
  • Ability to independently progress from data to insight to hypothesis to execution to impact.
  • Experience building campaigns across activation, engagement, retention, churn, and reactivation.
  • Strong business judgment and understanding of KPIs and revenue.
  • High autonomy, problem-solving ability, and comfort executing directly in tools.
  • Bias toward shipping and iterating.
  • Active use of AI and drive to automate or improve work.
  • Ability to operate effectively with senior and C-level stakeholders.
