Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading product development for AI assistant technology at Rasa. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Product Manager, you'll make an impact on your team by:
- Being an effective Senior Product Manager and who has already mastered the role:
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, ML engineers, and the GTM team (CSE, Sales, etc.), while also working closely with teams like DevRel and Marketing to shape the product’s market presence and enhance customer engagement.
- You will play a key role in driving growth, leveraging data-driven analytics to make informed product decisions and optimize key metrics.
- You will talk to customers regularly
- With a strong emphasis on UI/UX, you will work to enhance the user experience and streamline interfaces for maximum effectiveness.
- Working on and influencing the exciting new technologies and innovations that Rasa is developing.
- Continuously learn and expand your technical understanding of the Conversational AI space in order to make the right product decisions.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the space.
Requirements:
- You have experience building technical products
- You thrive in a startup, where you need to take ownership to drive outcomes
- You are technical, you know how to code and how to use Git. You are not afraid of diving deep and rolling up your sleeves when you come across something hard.
- You’ve shipped enterprise products before and know how to strike a balance between collecting evidence and building your own conviction to make good product decisions.
- You live by Rasa’s values. You are a team player, highly respectful of your peers, and confident in your work yet humble enough to take constructive feedback to improve your understanding and approach.
- You can balance technical, user, and business needs and make informed decisions about how the user experience should work.
- You have experience building data-driven products, optimizing conversion funnels, and working on UI/UX-intensive platforms, with a strong focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
