Job Description
Senior Product Manager shaping digital benefits, HR, wellbeing, retirement, and financial experiences at Alight. Owning product strategy, discovery, execution, and AI-enabled innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap, priorities, and success measures for assigned products and capabilities
- Understand customer, business, operational, and market needs
- Translate strategy into clear product direction, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Prioritize opportunities based on customer value and business impact
- Identify and validate customer, business, and operational opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define valuable, usable, feasible, and scalable solutions
- Define product requirements, business rules, experience expectations, and success measures
- Make informed product decisions and tradeoffs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product capabilities
- Ensure priorities, requirements, and success measures are clear
- Monitor product performance and use customer feedback and data to improve outcomes
- Drive product improvements based on measurable results
- Use approved AI tools to improve research, analysis, planning, documentation, and communication
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, analytics, and personalization within products
- Use AI responsibly, validate outputs, and maintain accountability for product decisions
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Architecture, Data, AI, Operations, and business stakeholders to define and deliver digital experiences for benefits, HR, wellbeing, retirement, and financial programs
Requirements:
- US Citizenship required; proof of citizenship status required at time of hire
- Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship required
- 5+ years of experience in product management, benefits administration, healthcare, retirement, HR technology, operations, consulting, technology, or a related discipline
- Ability to translate customer, business, or operational needs into solutions and measurable outcomes
- Experience prioritizing competing needs, making tradeoffs, and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams
- Analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, or decision-making
- Background check may include SSN validation, education verification, employment verification, criminal check, sanctions/watch-list search, credit check, and/or drug test
- Ability to conduct virtual interviews on video; camera-on culture
- Occasional travel to a physical Alight office may be required
