Job Description

Senior HR Technology Delivery Manager leading Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems for Lennar, a major U.S. homebuilder. Owning roadmap, releases, vendors, governance, and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability for Lennar's HR Technology portfolio across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, NowMobile, Docebo, Paradox, and custom applications
  • Build and maintain an integrated roadmap sequencing projects, module deployments, and vendor releases against capacity
  • Own demand intake and prioritization, including business case validation, effort sizing, trade-off analysis, and request disposition
  • Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT leaders to create funded delivery plans
  • Manage portfolio financials, including budgets, forecasts, software and services spend, and variance explanations
  • Own the HR Technology release calendar across all platforms
  • Run feature assessment, impact analysis, adoption decisions, regression testing, sign-off, deployment, and post-release validation
  • Set and enforce change control standards for environment strategy, tenant refreshes, configuration migration, approval gates, and rollback plans
  • Chair release readiness and go/no-go reviews
  • Coordinate cross-platform dependencies and protect integrations, service workflows, and reporting
  • Own release communications and enablement, including release notes, training updates, and support readiness
  • Set and sustain delivery cadence across intake, planning, iteration reviews, release checkpoints, and retrospectives
  • Direct and prioritize analysts and engineers, unblock work, and escalate decisively without formal reporting authority
  • Mentor the team on requirements quality, testing rigor, and documentation standards
  • Perform hands-on requirements, design and configuration review, escalated troubleshooting, and critical-cycle support
  • Manage HR Technology vendors, implementation partners, AMS providers, and managed-service partners
  • Direct partner and contractor resources and support renewals, license true-ups, and vendor roadmap reviews
  • Own portfolio support models, including triage standards, service levels, incident management, and problem management
  • Ensure security, privacy, audit, compliance, access governance, and SOX-relevant controls
  • Define and report portfolio health metrics, including predictability, release quality, incidents, adoption, and value realized
  • Deliver executive updates and decision briefs
  • Operate an HR Technology governance forum and maintain the portfolio risk and issue register

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Ten or more years delivering enterprise technology, including at least five years leading HR technology delivery, programs, or a product portfolio
  • Demonstrated accountability for a multi-platform HR technology portfolio
  • Substantive hands-on Workday experience plus at least one other enterprise HR platform
  • Proven ownership of formal release and change management for enterprise SaaS, including release calendars, regression testing, environment strategy, and go/no-go authority
  • Track record leading delivery teams and cross-functional workstreams without formal reporting authority
  • Vendor and systems integrator management experience, including scope, SOWs, performance accountability, and escalation
  • Functional fluency across core HR, compensation, talent acquisition, learning, absence, time, payroll, and HR service delivery
  • Sufficient technical depth to interrogate design decisions and judge production viability
  • Executive-level communication, candor about risk, and discretion handling confidential data
  • Preferred: hands-on ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and NowMobile experience
  • Preferred: Docebo or comparable learning platform experience and conversational AI recruiting tools such as Paradox
  • Preferred: Workday Pro, ServiceNow, or equivalent platform certifications; PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or ITIL credentials
  • Preferred: experience owning delivery for custom-built HR applications alongside packaged SaaS
  • Preferred: large multi-brand or multi-entity enterprise experience (5,000+ employees), including acquisition integration
  • Preferred: exposure to SOX or similar control environments applied to HR and payroll systems
  • Preferred: homebuilding, construction, real estate, or financial services experience
  • Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Finger dexterity is necessary
