Job Description
Project Manager responsible for successful software implementations at Seismic. Managing enterprise-level SaaS customer engagements and ensuring positive client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Execute implementation projects by partnering closely with executive-level project sponsors in the Sales Enablement industry.
- Drive customer engagement efforts for new and existing customers, understanding their business goals.
- Deliver high-impact engagements, lead meetings (both onsite and virtual), ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure accountability.
- Track engagement scopes, work with customers to estimate and manage scope changes.
- Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for stakeholders.
- Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them efficiently.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering trust.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of deliverables, budgets, schedules, and project scope.
- Coach and mentor project team members across multiple time zones.
Requirements:
- 5 - 8 + years in professional services, management consulting, customer success, business analysis, or other client-facing roles.
- Proven record of managing enterprise SaaS implementations using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent engagements.
- Confidence in communicating with business, technical, and Executive & C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes to drive project success.
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
- Ability to understand and document business requirements, providing recommendations through active listening.
- Willingness to travel up to 5-10% for customer onsite visits.
- Knowledge with FinancialForce and Atlassian products preferred.
- PMP certification or Scrum Master is a plus.
- Fluency with the German language is a plus.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.

- Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.
- This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary.
