Job Description
Lift Project Manager leading new lift installation projects for Stannah, a global lift and accessibility equipment manufacturer. Managing schedules, contractors, costs, site readiness, and customer handovers across Bristol.
Responsibilities:
- Lead new lift installation projects from initial planning through to final handover
- Manage a portfolio of projects across Bristol and the surrounding region
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards
- Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish
- Conduct site inspections and project reviews
- Ensure installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Control project costs and manage variations
- Resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion
- Build lasting customer relationships
Requirements:
- NVQ3 Installing Lifts
- Project Management qualification
- Understanding and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards
- Experienced lift industry professional
- Appropriate right to work must be held by applicants
- Sponsorship is not available
